It is my firm belief that everyone needs a safe place to explore, grow & heal in the presence of another and I consider it an honor to provide such a space day after day to my clients. Trauma recovery is my specialty and use EMDR or A.R.T to facilitate recovery. Many clients may not remember certain times in their lives but believe something may have happened. This is called dissociative trauma. I take a 3 phase approach; safety & stabilization, remembrance & mourning, reconnection & integration. Many clients may have trauma that happened before they were able to effectively communicate, called preverbal trauma, and it is not uncommon for me to use expressive arts therapy at that time. Trauma recovery comes bundled in a variety of issues. It will be an honor to walk alongside you as you work through boundary issues, codependency, marital issues, family problems, & a variety of addictions.
